Rent is due on the 1st and is late after the 5th.
How long is the lease agreement?

We offer 12 month leases.
What utilities am I responsible for?

GRU Electricity and Cable television.  We provide unlimited water and sewer!
Is the clubhouse and other amenities open 24 hours a day?
The clubhouse hours are: 9 am - 5 pm and Gym is open 24 hours.
What appliances come with leasing a home?
The following are included: dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, disposal, full size stove and self-cleaning oven, .
Is parking assigned?
No, it is available to everyone on a first come, first served basis, with proper decal.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! There is a $250 pet fee and $20/month pet rent. 60 lb weight limit. No aggressive breeds.
